Social Security Number Trace and Validation
This search “traces” the social security number. A trace will reveal the following information.

  • An in-depth address history of the persons past addresses.
  • Alternate names used from previous marriages, legal name changes, etc.
  • Dates of birth associated with the names that were returned with the trace.
    These additional steps help weed out fake and recycled Social Security Numbers.
  • Comparing the formatting of the number against the Social Security
    Administrations master issuance file.
  • Comparing the Social Security Number against the deceased persons SSN
    archive to detect valid but “recycled” Social Security Numbers.

In order to utilize our background screening module, please follow these steps:

  1. Create an account by clicking Join Now on the top right of the site. Login if you already have an account.

  2. Request access to background screening by clicking Request Background Screen Access below and filling out and submitting the Background Screening Account Activation Form.

  3. Once your form is submitted it will take 1-3 business days to activate your account. You will be notified via email when your account is activated.

  4. When your account is activated, return to this page, and click My Background Screen Dashboard above to access your dashboard and begin running background screens. All screening, tracking and billing will happen on this dashboard. This is a separate account and separate login than your account with us here at United Youth Sports.

  5. Your account activation email notification and your web portal dashboard will have tools to help you learn how to initiate background screens and use the platform. Support will be available through your portal as needed.

    **Please note that your membership account on United Youth Sports and your account for Background Screening are two separate accounts and will have separate login credentials. If you want them to have the same credentials then make sure to set them up that way. Both accounts are required to ensure you are getting the member pricing advertised on this page.
