This practical, hands-on online course is designed to train front line staff members who work directly at youth sports events—such as site supervisors, rec aides, scorekeepers, field monitors, and event support personnel. These individuals play a critical role in ensuring that every game, practice, and event runs smoothly, safely, and professionally. This course provides the essential training needed to confidently fulfill those responsibilities.
Participants will learn how to manage game-day logistics, enforce safety and facility policies, interact with coaches and parents, handle minor conflicts, and support referees and league officials. This comprehensive training course will help trainees build the awareness, professionalism, and preparedness needed to thrive in a high-paced youth sports environment.
This course is ideal for seasonal hires, high school or college-aged workers, first-time employees, and part-time support staff who serve as the face of a youth league or sports organization.
