What do I get with the membership?

Once you purchase a membership, you get full access to premium content, exclusive resources, and members-only features. The benefits vary depending on the membership level you choose. Memberships that include courses will get you those courses and a much less per user rate than purchasing them individually. You will also be on our member only email list and will receive more engaging and educational content, periodic discounts, and partner deals.

How do I access the courses included in my membership?

Once you purchase a membership that includes courses, such as our youth sports coaches course, we will contact you via email within 2 business days to get you set up on your group course dashboard. Once your group dashboard is set up within your course, you can add your coaches via name and email. Upon adding them to your dashboard they will receive an email with login credentials to access and take the course on the site. You can follow coaches progress on the dashboard and follow up with anyone who has not completed it by your deadline. If for some reason you don’t hear from us our email may have gotten caught in your spam. Reach out to us to get the process started.

How do I access content that is included in my membership?

To access the content and resources included in your membership, sign in and go to the page where the content is located. The page will be unlocked and the content will be available if it is included in your membership. 

If your membership includes downloadable content that is found in our store, it will be located and accessible in your account in the Membership Downloads menu item.

Do members get to enjoy any other perks outside of the content that is included in the membership?

Yes! We will periodically offer member only discounts to other areas of our site such as the store or non-membership courses. We also have a very active member only email list where we sent out more education and engaging content, discounts, partner deals, etc.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. All memberships are on auto-renew so in order to cancel make sure to do so in your account before your renewal date.

What happens if I don’t renew my membership?

If you cancel your membership expires and you don’t renew, your access to members-only content will be restricted once the membership expires. Don’t worry — your data will be saved if you decide to rejoin later. All memberships are on auto-renew so if you do not want to renew make sure to cancel by your renewal date.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the fact that we offer downloadable digital content that you will have access to immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds. All sales are final.

Can I share my membership with others?

No, memberships are for individual use only. However, we are happy to offer discounts for groups that all want to purchase an individual membership. If you have a group contact us today via email to get a custom quote.

Can I be invoiced and pay with another payment method other than card?

We do not issue invoices and we do not accept any other payment methods other than an electronic purchase through the website. Our membership system is automated through the website only. If you do not want to pay with card we do allow payment with Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link in which you will have those options at check out.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. The system will automatically adjust the price based on your current subscription and remaining days. There are no refunds issued for downgrading so we would recommend you downgrade the week of your renewal date. 

How will I know when my membership is about to expire?

You’ll receive an automatic reminder via email before your membership expires or renews. You can also check your renewal date in your account settings.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted gateways. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. Credit cards on file for memberships are managed and stored securely and encrypted by our 3rd party payment processor.Â
