COURSE DURATION: 3 HOURS
This comprehensive online course is designed to train youth sports league managers in the core areas of league leadership, administration, and community impact. Whether you are new to the role or a seasoned manager seeking to strengthen your operations, this course delivers a complete framework to build, manage, and grow a successful and sustainable youth sports league.
Through a series of structured modules, participants will explore essential topics such as creating league bylaws and policies, managing parents and registration, scheduling games, resolving conflicts, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring safety and compliance. The course also emphasizes key leadership skills—like communication, customer service, and building a positive sports culture—that are critical to a league’s reputation and success.
This course is intended for volunteers taking on a lead role within a non-profit community recreation league such as Little League or Pop Warner as well as league Site Supervisors or an entry level staff member that is new to youth sports. Course sections include the following:

- Organizing Your League
- Managing Staff, Parents, and Volunteers
- Supervision and Managing Youth Sports Game
Each section above is comprised of several different lessons totaling 27 different areas of Youth Sports Administration.
